Three people were arrested after a new Oak Hill police dog found six pounds of marijuana inside a car’s trunk city police said. August Moore Jr.. 19. Kenneth Russell Clyburn. 39 of Mabscott was charged with possession of oxycodone with intent to deliver possession of Xanax with intent to deliver possession of Percocet with intent to mouth carrying a deadly weapon without a authorise and conspiracy to commit a felony. Treadway said Clyburn had been a member of the department for only six to seven months maybe less. He had only recently finished his Level 1 firefighter training.
