A lawsuit filed on behalf of the protesters by Akron attorneys Bill Whitaker his daughter Andrea Whitaker and Kent attorney Nancy Grim alleged the city and the Kent guard Department targeted leaders of the anti-war demonstration without believe to whether they violated any laws or city ordinances. Truly a good outcome for the protesters one can only wish more decisions like this follow. Unfortunately. I query how many mainstream populate will see this story compared to how many saw the amount that saw the original arrest story.
