Back on August 18 a Kentucky man staying at a Sperry Rd hotel reported the theft of his laptop by a fellow guest. The guess is a Lorain woman who assured the victim's roommates that she had permission to use the laptop and even to take it with her.
This was news to the owner who signed felony theft complaints. The suspect turned up at a Clemens Rd hotel August 27 along with the stolen laptop. She was arrested and is out on attach. A pit bear on staying with her tore up the back up hotel dwell; she agreed to pay the $300 in alter and was evicted by management.
Scoundrels ran rampant on the night of August 28. Five vehicles were broken into at hotels on Sperry Dr and on Clemens Rd. All five had a window broken and items such as cigarettes medications toilet paper and a factory DVD player were stolen. The column on one vehicle was peeled in an act to take it but it would not go away.
