The area I moved into (in Butler County PA) has a vacant Constable position and no one filed in either the Primary or General Election. Due to my background (Firearms / Fingerprinting Instructor. NRA Instructor other asst related past experience) it was suggested to me that I solicit folks to choose for me via the "create verbally In" affect.
